The main drive is transmitted by a motor through a V-belt, and the reducer drives the two lower rollers, resulting in good winding flexibility. Controlled by PLC programmable display, the upper roller lifting is detected by displacement sensors and displayed on a digital meter. To improve product efficiency and quality, the tipping frame adopts hydraulic tipping.
This type of plate rolling machine has higher efficiency compared to mechanical plate rolling machines, but the disadvantage is that there are residual plate heads that need to be rounded or pre bent with the help of other equipment.
